Certified Reiki Training (Scroll down for specific class descriptions) Reiki is truly a gift. This system of healing can be applied for focused physical, or mental-emotional healing and as a spiritual path to evolve the individual to a place of consistent well being and peace. Peace in the world is accomplished by each individual coming to peace within themselves, first. We are available to bring Reiki to your group, or family. Reiki Training can be arranged anywhere in New Hampshire, and throughout New England. This requires a minimum of 6 students to travel to your location, as well as additional travel fees depending upon the location. All Reiki training classes are certified. These classes are a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques, and other areas mentioned below. While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one, or more, people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training. In addition to receiving certification, each student receives an appreciation folder which contains useful information related to Reiki and SNHRC. We offer many opportunities for our students to practice and become confident thru our Reiki Clinic, Shares and Practice Sessions geared to your level of training. We truly honor and support each student on their Reiki Journey.We pride ourselves on having a wonderful community of like minded individuals that are truly " here for you!" NOTE: My training is enhanced with knowledge and symbols from my Karuna and Shambhala Reiki Training. These are received in Level 2 and Advanced. Adanced Reiki Certification Class
This is a one day intensive. I prefer students to have at least 6 months of Reiki practice, which includes daily treatment and/or working on others, before moving forward to this level. I may do it sooner if the student has developed the proper discipline and attitude.
Reiki Master Certification Class
This is often taught as a two day intensive, but generally I utilize the following format: Reiki Master Training can be very intense. Attunements need to be practiced repeatedly in order for the student to really feel confident in their ability. This is a VERY energy intense process and can be overwhelming to some. It is my experience that the best way to learn this level is to hold a series of 6 classes which will meet weekly for 2.5 hours. In the past this has been the most successful way of presenting this class. Although it does take longer, I feel it is better and allows the students the benefit of focusing on 1 attunement mastery at a time. I will still offer the weekend intensive, but do recommend that in Mastery Level, slow and steady is truly the best way. It includes:
Karuna ReikiŽ
Taught in the same format as Reiki Master, or in a two day intensive To honor the founder of this system and the guidelines he has put forth, you must be a Reiki Master, preferably in the Usui-Tibetan Lineage, to receive this training. The Meaning of Karuna Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by prajna or wisdom in order to have the right effect. Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well. Karuna ReikiŽ opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit. The Karuna ReikiŽ Class This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training. It is complete with two levels, two attunements, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. We have experimented with and taught this system for many years and have found it to be effective and powerful. In fact, most students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki! The energy has a more definite feeling to it. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and also can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings. A brief description of the four Karuna I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. It helps release karma and deeply seated issues on the cellular level. The second symbol heals deeply and can be used to breakup the negative patterns we unconsciously use to insulate ourselves from the truth, thus shattering delusion and denial. It heals the shadow self. The third symbol fills the person with love and restores balance. The fourth symbol completes the treatment by bringing the client back into the body and grounding. The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes discussed in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use.
Deliberate Creation Workshop The Deliberate Creation Workshop is a series of 6 classes focusing on priority life areas. In each module you will learn how to decide what you want to experience in that area of your life and then how to apply specific universal laws guaranteed to manifest that specific desire. These laws are constant................. just like our law of gravity! You will gain knowledge and understanding of these "laws" so that you may harness their power to bring yourself happiness, prosperity, and balanced success on all levels. These techniques require practice and it is necessary to devote time to it, not a lot, but everyday. The classes are interactive, and you will get right to work the 1st class, after a short introduction. Materials for study are provided. The complete workshop is $200.00. Payment can be made in per class installments. If a class falls during a holiday, we will work around it. This class is purposely kept small so that each student can receive personalized attention.
Deliberate Creation Coaching This coaching is for students who have completed the Deliberate Creation Workshop. Coaching is designed to help individuals stay focused and utilize the skills and knowlege that they developed during the Workshop.
